Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order, please first contact the seller of that item for assistance.

If you still need assistance, please feel free to contact NicheNoire at info@nichenoire.com or through the chat icon in the bottom right of the page.

 

What do I do if the seller and I cannot reach a resolution to a problem?

NicheNoire is committed to ensuring a great shipping experience. If you and the seller cannot come to a resolution, please feel free to contact NicheNoire at info@nichenoire.com or through the chat icon in the bottom right of the page. We are happy to serve as mediator to ensure a favorable resolution.

 

How do I know who the seller of the item is?

All products have the name of the seller's shop listed below the description, along with shop policies. You can click the shop name to go to their shop page.

Also, on the collection pages, the shop name is listed below each product image.

 

How do I contact a seller?

You can contact a seller two ways:

  • From the product page for any of that seller’s items:

    • Click into one of the seller’s product pages.

    • Click on the black Ask a Question button below the payment options.

    • The seller’s response will be sent to you via email.

  • From your account page:

    • Login into your account page from the account icon in the top right corner.

    • Click on the order number that includes the sellers item(s).

    • Click on the black Ask a Question button at the bottom of the page.

    • You can view the seller’s response in two ways: 

      • From your account page

        • Clicking on View Questions at the bottom of the page

        • Click View to the right of order number.

      • The seller’s response will also be sent to you via email.

 

What products are sold by NicheNoire rather than another individual seller?

How do I check a seller’s policies for orders, shipping, returns, etc?

You can check the policies for each shop in two places.

  • On the product page for any of that seller’s items:

    • Click into one of the seller’s product pages.

    • The seller’s shop policies are listed under the product description.

  • On the seller’s shop profile page:

    • Click Shops in the main menu

    • Select the shop name from the list

    • Click the Policy tab on the shop's profile page.

What is your shipping policy?

This shipping policy applies to products sold by NicheNoire. Learn how to check the policies for products sold by other sellers above.

  • Shipping information for each product, such as where the item ships from, processing time and estimated shipping time and shipping method, is located below the product description.

  • Processing times and shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable as they have already been paid to the shipping carrier.

  • Due to Covid-19 processing times and shipping times are taking longer than expected.

  • NicheNoire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as info@nichenoire.com or through the chat icon in the bottom right of the page. We are happy to help.

 

Do you ship to my location?

The majority of items ship worldwide, however, sellers are able choose where they do and do not ship to. Please check the individual seller policies to see if they ship to your area. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact the seller for clarification.

Also, if the seller does not ship to your area, an error will pop up at checkout that states "one or more items in your cart does not ship to your area."

If you receive this error at checkout and feel that it is a mistake, please feel free to contact NicheNoire for assistance at info@nichenoire.com or through the chat icon in the bottom right of the page.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

In most cases, you may change or cancel your order before it has shipped. However, check the individual seller's policies

To check the status of your order, log in to your account page using the account icon in the top right corner of the page.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact the seller for assistance.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can track the package in two ways:

  • Click the tracking number to view the shipping carrier’s website for tracking information.
  • Click View Your Order to view the order page from your account. Then click to Download Shop to track package.
    • From a computer, you can then input your phone number.
    • From a cell phone, you will be taken to the app store to install the Shop: package and order tracker app
*Please note: For orders from non-US sellers, the tracking may not display the same and/or may take a longer to show up in tracking.

 

What is your return policy?
This shipping policy applies to products sold by NicheNoire. Learn how to check the policies for products sold by other sellers above.

 
  • We are happy to accept returns for any reason.
  • Please contact us within 7 days or receiving your order and before returning your item.
  • Returned items need to be received within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
  • When returning shoes, do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. It must be placed inside another box or mailer to protect it.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item. You will also be notified via email when the refund is processed.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded as they have already been paid to the shipping carrier.
  • Funds typically take 1 to 3 business days to show in your bank account

What is your refund policy?

  • We want you to love what you buy! If you don't love it for any reason, we are happy to accept a return (or exchange in some cases.) View our return above.
  • Once the returned item is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received it.
  • We will refund the purchase price of the item.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded as they have already been paid to the shipping carrier unless the item received is damaged or defective.
  • Funds typically take 1 to 3 business days to show in your bank account once the refund has been issued.
